SafelinQ QlinQ

The SafelinQ QlinQ phone combines a very advanced set of features with a service to allow older and infirm users greater independence. A carer can keep an eye on the phone’s  user remotely through the web.  The phone regularly updates its information using both GPS and cell data. This can be linked to the SOS button or to the motion sensor so that the user can be located if the fall over.

This can be linked to a call centre service which guarantees to answer the call quickly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The operators are given contact and health information for the user so that the right help can be summoned with the minimum of fuss. The operator will stay on the phone until help arrives.

If the phone is switched off or the battery runs flat the carer can automatically be alerted.  A geo-fencing feature will alert the call centre or carer if the user moves outside one of a number of pre-determined areas.

The easy to read display has a pleasant blue backlight.
